FORUM REGISTRATION RATES

2012 FORUM EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION RATES (rates available through February 3rd, 2012):
Registration rates are based on membership status in ISTA, IoPP or ASTM D-10 Committee.

EARLY BIRD MEMBER RATE: $1,275
EARLY BIRD NON-MEMBER RATE: $1,375

On February 4th, 2012 the rates will increase by $100.

FORUM REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
• Welcome Reception - Monday Evening
• General Sessions - Tuesday through Thursday
• Exhibitor Reception - Tuesday evening
• Volleyball Tournament - Wednesday evening
• Meals - breakfast on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; lunch Tuesday and Wednesday; morning and afternoon refreshment breaks each day
• Forum Guide (printed abstract proceedings)
• Electronic PDF version of all written papers and presentation slides
• Online access to updated presentations after the Forum
• Certificate of attendance

MULTIPLE PERSON DISCOUNT
We are offering a multiple person discount for company's that have more than one person attending the forum. Each attendee after the first person registered will receive a $100 discount off the registration rate.
