EVENTS

REGISTRATION
This is the time we encourage attendees to come pick up their name badge and forum materials before the Transport Packaging Forum begins. The registration desk is staffed during the entire week to answer questions.

ISTA CPLP INSTRUCTIONAL WORKSHOP
Become an ISTA Certified Packaging Laboratory Professional (CPLP) while attending the FORUM! Normally taken in a self-study format, the FORUM offers the opportunity for you to take the "live" version - in a classroom setting and with an experienced instructor. Two levels of certification are available: both Technician and Technologist courses will be offered on Sunday (Technician 8am to 12:30pm; Technologist 1pm to 5:30pm). The certification exam will be held Monday from 8am to Noon. Although the Workshop is open to everyone, the exam will be administered only to ISTA members. There is an additional cost for these workshops and exam. Please click here for further details on the CPLP program. (Additional cost: $695 for one level, or $1250 for both levels)

ALL ABOUT THE FORUM and ISTA
Attend this free optional session to learn more about the FORUM and how to get the most out of your experience. Also learn how membership in ISTA can provide value to you and your company. Even if you already know about us, we encourage you to attend this session to hear what's new.

GOLF
Join us for a round of golf at Disney’s Palm Golf Course. Limited tee times will start at 1:00pm on Monday, March 29, 2010. Pre-registration required. $175 additional fee. Proceeds will go towards ISTA’s Educational Foundation to provide scholarships in packaging education.

FAMILY EVENT
Orlando is a great place to hold an educational forum; it’s also a great way to combine family vacation with your business travel. In an effort to include the families, children and guests of our attendees, the FORUM in 2010 will offer a Family Event at Coronado Springs Resort. Registration is required for this event but there is no cost to participate.

Activities will include Arts & Crafts and a special visit with Mickey Mouse. Parents, please bring your camera! Tuesday, 9:00-10:30am.
